Todd Tobolski Takes Reins as Boys’ Swim Coach at Saint Joe

Todd Tobolski joins the Saint Joseph High School coaching staff as the head coach for the boys’ swimming team in 2019-20. Tobolski brings with him 23 years of experience as the head coach for the South Bend Clay High School varsity swimming program.

Tobolski began swimming competitively at age seven and eventually joined the club water polo team at Indiana University, where he also competed in intramural swimming. Upon completing his Bachelor of Science degree in 1995 at IU, Tobolski began his coaching career at Clay.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to continue my coaching career at St Joseph High School and excited for what the upcoming season will bring,” says Tobolski.

Outside of coaching, Tobolski serves as the Sales and Operations Manager at The Ridge Company, overseeing a sales force and over $1 million in inventory throughout Michiana.

The athletic department is eager to welcome Tobolski to the Saint Joe swimming family.

"We're fortunate to get someone with Todd's experience to be our next boys' swim coach,” says Deb Brown, Director of Athletics at Saint Joseph High School. “His knowledge and dedication to the sport are impressive and our student athletes will surely benefit from his expertise."
